Porous alumina tube is a sintered ceramic tube made from aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with a controlled network of interconnected pores. The porous structure allows fluids or gases to pass through at a defined rate. In industry, it’s used as a ceramic membrane support, a microfiltration element, a gas diffuser/sparger, and a protective sleeve in thermal and sensing systems.
