Alumina ceramic square rods are solid Al₂O₃ ceramic bars with flat sides and a square or rectangular cross-section. Compared with round rods, the flat geometry can help reduce rolling, improve positioning, and provide stable contact surfaces for furnace fixtures, electrical insulation supports, laboratory equipment, and custom ceramic assemblies. Final grade, size, tolerance, and surface finish should be confirmed by drawing review and working-condition checks.
• Solid square or rectangular cross-section for stable positioning and flat contact.
• Alumina ceramic material for high hardness, electrical insulation, and chemical resistance.
• Drawing-based review for width × height, length, straightness, chamfer, holes, slots, and surface finish.
• Grade and working-temperature selection depends on load, atmosphere, geometry, and application conditions.
• Small-batch and custom requests can be reviewed before quotation.

Square Alumina Rods Packaging:
- Packaging is reviewed according to rod length, cross-section, quantity, destination, and handling risk. Foam slots, edge protection, bubble wrap, cartons, or wooden crates can be selected to reduce movement and edge damage during transport.
