Ceramic Rod

Adcerax offers rods made of different materials, such as alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, and  ZTA (zirconia toughened alumina). etc

1. Alumina rods: Precision instruments, valve seats in chemical pumps, and electrical insulators in harsh chemical environments.
2. Zirconia rods: High-strength structural components, thermal barriers in jet engines, and dental implants.
3. Silicon carbide rods: Abrasive grinding tools, furnace heating elements, and wear-resistant bearings.
4. ZTA rods: Combining alumina’s stability with zirconia’s toughness for mining equipment components and high-wear mechanical parts like pump seals in abrasive slurries.

All of these materials or others, sizes, and purities can be customized.
